Abstract

Dispositif de régulation du débit d'air et de gaz bidirectionnel ou à deux voies pour le conditionnement de produits dans un emballage et plus particulièrement dispositif de régulation de débit bidirectionnel pour emballer tout produit alimentaire ou industriel. Le dispositif de régulation (5) comprend un premier élément (10) conçu de manière à être fixé sur la paroi de l'emballage (20) et un second élément (15) qui est mis en contact avec le premier élément en en assure la fermeture. Le dispositif de régulation du débit peut être utilisé de manière monodirectionnelle, c'est-à-dire que l'air est simplement retiré de l'emballage afin de conditionner le produit sous vide ou simplement de réduire le volume de l'emballage à des fins de stockage. Le dispositif de régulation du débit peut également être utilisé de manière bidirectionnelle. Dans ce cas, l'air est d'abord retiré de l'emballage, puis une atmosphère protectrice est réinjectée dans l'emballage de façon à conserver l'intégrité du produit et/ou d'augmenter la durée de conservation. Selon la présente invention, le premier élément du dispositif de régulation comprend une importante surface de fond plane conçue pour être fixée à un emballage et dotée d'une pluralité de trous (95) à sa périphérie afin d'augmenter le débit d'air et de gaz. Des filtres (110) peuvent également être placés pour empêcher l'aspiration du produit pendant la mise sous vide.
