Abstract

Procédé pour inhiber la production d'un produit génique dans une cellule végétale. Pour ce faire, on produit dans la cellule, pendant la période d'expression dudit produit, un ARNm à partir d'ADN recombinant codant pour une partie seulement dudit produit génique; la présente invention décrit en outre des constructions utilisables suivant ce procédé, et des cellules et des végétaux qui le mettent en pratique. Cette invention s'applique particulièrement à la maîtrise de la maturation des fruits, et notamment des tomates.
