Abstract
Produits alimentaires contenant des graisses et des sucres qui comprennent: (1) environ 2 à environ 98 % d'un composant gras possèdant environ 10 à 100 % de certaines graisses à faible teneur en calories, et (2) environ 2 à environ 98 % d'un sucre possédant environ 10 à environ 100 % d'un sucre à faible teneur en calories. Comme exemples de compositions de ce type, on trouve des produits de confiserie aromatisés, comprenant des matières grasses, comme c'est le cas des barres de sucreries parfumées au chocolat, des produits de couverture parfumés au chocolat pour des aliments enrobés et des petits copeaux parfumés au chocolat, des produits cuits au four tels que des gâteaux, des brownies et des cookies, et des produits à base d'huile émulsionnée tels que des margarines et des sauces pour salades.
