Abstract

Dérivé de benzamide de formule (I) où R1 représente un alkyle contenant éventuellement une ou plusieurs liaison(s) double(s) ou triple(s) carbone-carbone, et éventuellement interrompu par un ou plusieurs hétéroatome(s) ou des groupes sulfinyles ou sulfonyles, portant éventuellement un ou plusieurs substituants choisis à partir de groupes halogène, amino, alcoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino ou -CONR?6R7, où R6¿ représente hydrogène ou méthyle et R7 représente méthyle, trifluorométhyle ou trichlorométhyle, les symboles R2 représentent hydrogène, alkyle ou phényle éventuellement substitué ou les deux groupes R2 forment un cycle, R3 représente hydrogène ou alkyle, R4 représente alcoxy, alkylthio, diméthylamino ou un groupe hétérocyclo à 5 ou 8 membres, et R5 représente -NR?8R9 ou -OR10, où R8 et R9¿ représentent hydrogène ou alkyle contenant éventuellement une ou plusieurs liaison(s) double(s) ou triple(s) carbone-carbone, et éventuellement interrompus par un ou plusieurs hétéroatome(s), ou des groupes sulfinyles ou sulfonyles, et R10 représente hydrogène ou alkyle contenant éventuellement une ou plusieurs liaison(s) double(s) ou triple(s) carbone-carbone, et éventuellement interrompu par un ou plusieurs hétéroatome(s), ou des groupes sulfinyle ou sulfonyle. Ce dérivé et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci présentent des caractéristiques pharmacologiques utiles.
