  • the barcode is a binary two-out-of-five-code, wherein two of the five bars are wider in a fixed proportion to the other three bars which are of equal width, as seen in the direction of moving of a detector when scanning the bank note in the event of a successful detection.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un billet de banque doté d'un numéro d'identification exprimé dans un code à barres. Le numéro exprimé dans le code à barres est appliqué sur le billet de banque entièrement sous forme imprimée et, si désiré, sous forme imprimée en un code alphanumérique lisible par l'homme.
