Abstract

Gommes à mâcher contenant du polydextrose et procédés de fabrication desdites gommes. Dans un mode de réalisation, le polydextrose est coséché avec d'autres édulcorants ou coévaporé avec un sirop plastifiant afin de produire des ingrédients et des sirops édulcorants uniques pour gomme. Le polydextrose peut également se présenter sous la forme d'un composé d'enrobage en poudre sur la gomme, ou il peut être utilisé afin de former un enrobage dur pour une gomme enrobée ayant l'aspect d'une boulette.
