Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système permettant de doser et de distribuer des produits liquides concentrés. Dans un premier mode d'exécution les éléments du système sont montés sur un chariot (12). Un tuyau (14) pour la solution concentrée est raccordé à un ensemble de dilution (61) contenant un aspirateur (26). Un ensemble (69) d'alimentation en eau comprenant une vanne (75) et un dispositif (74) s'opposant au courant de retour, est couplé à l'ensemble d'aspirateur (26) lorsqu'on désire diluer le produit concentré (13). Un tuyau d'écoulement (68) transporte le produit dilué depuis l'ensemble d'aspirateur (26) jusqu'à un récipient (60). Dans un deuxième mode d'exécution, le système comporte un ensemble de pistolet pulvérisateur (150) comprenant un aspirateur (167), une vanne (166) et préférablement mais facultativement, un dispositif anti refluement de retour (165). Le tuyau (114) prélevant le produit concentré se fixe sur l'ensemble de pistolet pulvérisateur (150) à l'aide d'un système de raccordement amovible (170). Ledit ensemble de pistolet pulvérisateur comprend un tuyau distributeur (153) rigide qui permet d'alimenter en liquide des récipients de grandes dimensions (160) et une extrémité d'ajutage (180) qui se fixe sur l'orifice d'entrée (119) d'un bidon (111). Cette invention concerne également un procédé permettant de distribuer et de manipuler lesdites solutions.
