Abstract

Feuilles ou rouleaux de matériau polymère adaptés pour l'impression ou l'obtention d'étiquettes utilisables pour des applications dans le moule sur des récipients en plastique comprenant un substrat clair ou translucide de matériau polymère transparent d'une épaisseur variant entre 0,002 et 0,008 pouce qui est recouvert sur le côté tourné vers le récipient d'une couche adhésive réactivable par la chaleur. On peut imprimer sur les feuilles ou rouleaux des inscriptions d'étiquettes sur leur face exposée ou imprimer à l'envers sur la face interne recouverte d'adhésif, puis les découper en étiquettes individuelles destinées à être collées sur le récipient dans le cadre du procédé de moulage. On obtient des récipients recyclables possédant des étiquettes résistantes à la manipulation et adhérant fermement, les inscriptions dans des modes de réalisation préférés étant protégées des écoulements puisqu'elles sont visibles à travers lesdites étiquettes.
