Abstract

L'étirage, en particulier l'étirage à froid, ou l'étirage à chaud, ou autres traitements thermiques de brins de polyester cristallins orientés au filage, en particulier des fils d'alimentation en polyester, qui ont été produits par filage à des vitesses de 4 km/min, par exemple, et qui présentant un rétrécissement faible et aucun rapport d'étirage naturel dans le sens classique, constitue une technique utile pour obtenir des brins étirés uniformes d'un denier requis. Cette technique permet ainsi d'obtenir une flexibilité améliorée dans la production de brins et de fils de différents deniers ne dépassant pas 1 par brin.
