Definitions

  • the present invention the archiving and presentation system with loose alignment pins, is a new development independent of the inventive content of US Pat. No. 1,709,843 and at the same time a fundamental improvement and not obvious further development of loose-leaf books with loose alignment pins. It was only through the present invention that the possibility of a variable back Wide design due to the different lengths of the row bolt sets in conjunction with very flat and yet torsion-resistant locking rails that carry the loose row bolts.
  • the aims of the invention are to develop particularly stable hanging storage collecting frames or particularly stable book folders with a variable spine width, which can also be equipped with a selectable number of loose alignment pens in different lengths.
  • the bolt spacing should also be able to be varied.
  • two opposing locking bars each become loose, stable, torsion-resistant, with the back width corresponding to the thickness of the items to be stored, by optionally different lengths and, in some cases also variable in number and in the fastening spacing on the locking bars customizable collection frames connected.
  • This is also the simplest embodiment of the present invention and the basic concept of the present archiving and presentation system with loose alignment bolts.
  • the variable collecting frame as the simplest embodiment of the invention comes e.g. B. for archive purposes also without cover and without a back panel. For hanging shelves, it is sufficient to attach sliding hooks to the ends of the locking rails.
  • a book folder spine which is divided into three longitudinal parts and is connected to one another in an articulated manner, is formed between the two closing rails and, after inserting the filing bolts, has a back and handle part with a rectangular to flat trapezoidal cross section, which depends on the length of the row bolts selected. This provides excellent stability, in conjunction with optimal adaptation to the variable back width required.
  • the bendability of the envelopes is improved and in connection with this at the same time a reduction in the proportion of the book folder spine width required for the cover part, if, as is further proposed, the actual book folder cover or the book folder spine, which is divided into several longitudinal parts, is designed to be substantially thicker than the two intermediate folding strip parts that carry the closing rails. By strengthening these parts, a particular strength of these "load-bearing" parts is achieved.
  • closure rails are made from profiled strips, which then have to be machined, it is technically advantageous if, in the case of closure rails made from shaped pipes or similar to shaped pipes, the upper profile part has a longitudinal slot in the middle, which not only facilitates the processing and guiding of the strip automatic production much easier
  • closure strips are not formed directly on the back of the book folder, it is particularly useful with regard to the strength and durability of the fastening in the folded strip part of the book folder cover, as well as with regard to a perfect function of the slide closures built into the closure strips and simple assembly, even if already used locking slides, also through the slider part, matching, correspondingly large rivet holes are provided, which are only reduced to the neck diameter of the rivets used in the lowest part of the locking rails resting on the bar. This results in a particularly secure and stable rivet connection of the cover with the locking rails immediately above the contact surface of the rail.

  • FIG. 5 shows a diagrammatic detail of the invention when used in hanging trays.

  • Locking slides 2 are introduced into the locking rails 1 in a manner known per se. However, their strengths are adapted to the cavity cross section of the locking rails 1.
  • the locking slides 2 are equipped with a slide handle 2a that both side panels of the locking rails 1 have bolt holes or bolt hole-like recesses 3 must be equipped, can already be seen from the head design 8 of the alignment bolt 7 and the cross-section of the locking slide 2 and the locking rails 1. Only because the locking rails 1 have opposite bolt holes or bolt hole-like recesses 3 in each of the two side walls, is it possible, in contrast to the embodiment described in US Pat. No.
  • FIG. 2 shows cross sections of the shape of the back and handle part which is dependent on the length of the alignment bolts 7, namely with a rectangular and a flat trapezoidal cross section of the embodiment of the subject matter shown in FIG. 1.
  • Fig. 3 shows the core of the present invention, namely the loose, according to the invention designed in various lengths, 7 rows, which are provided in a known manner with a transverse groove 8 on both head parts. Only alignment bolts of different lengths enable the inventive design of different back widths of the archiving and presentation system with loose alignment bolts.
  • FIG. 5 shows, for example, a collecting frame variant of the archiving and presentation system with loose row bolts for the hanging shelf, and parts thereof, with slide hooks 13 attached to the end of the closing rails 1 and a marking bar 15 for signaling the stored information contents 16 attached to the closing rail 1 .
  • FIG. 6 shows different design variants for the collecting frame. They show locking rails 1 of different lengths, which are equipped with a different number of loose row bolts 7 per collecting frame, and also embodiment variants with different length row pins 7. Furthermore, two design options for the design of the locking slide 2 and the design of the slide handles 2 a are shown by way of example. It is also shown how sliding hooks 13 can be attached to the ends of the locking rails 1 when using the archiving and presentation system with loose alignment bolts for hanging trays . The same applies to plug-in covers 14 at the end of the sealing strips.
