Abstract

The invention concerns a ski with at least one shock-absorption and mounting element which is located in the region of the ski binding and has a relatively hard top plate (3). The top plate (3) is connected to the main body (1) of the ski with a shock-absorbing layer (2) disposed between them. At least the front and rear zones of the top plate (3), which rests on the main body (1) of the ski via the shock-absorbing layer (2), can move in the longitudinal direction with respect to the main body of the ski.
