Abstract

Einlegesohle aus elastischem Material mit Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren elastischen Einsätzen. Mindestens über den Bereich der Einsätze ist die Einlegesohle auf der Seite der Vertiefungen mit der einen (ersten) Lage eines die Vertiefungen aussparenden Flächenklettverschlusses als Tragteil versehen, über die sich die andere (zweite) Lage des Flächenklettverschlusses als Abdeckteil durchgehend under Einschluß der Einsätze erstreckt.

Patentbeschreibung
EINLEGESOHLE
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einlegesohle aus elastischem Materi¬ al mit Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren elastischen Einsätzen. Mit Hilfe der auswechselbaren Einsätze läßt sich eine gezielte Behandlung des Fußes erzielen, durch die an den Stellen der Einsätze ein mehr oder minder starker Druck im Vergleich zu dem vom Material der Einlegesohle ausgehenden Druck ausgeübt werden kann.
Eine derartige Einlegesohle ist aus der DE-PS 845 557 bekannt, bei der allerdings die Vertiefungen aus durchgehenden Ausstanzungen bestehen.
Eine andere Form einer derartigen Einlegesohle ist in der DE-OS 37 13 786 beschrieben, gemäß der in der Einlegesohle auf der der Fußsohle zugewandten Seite nicht durchgehende Ausnehmungen, sondern echte Vertiefungen vorgesehen sind, in die passende Einsätze eingelegt sind.
Ein Problem bildet bei derartigen Einlegesohlen die Festhaltung der Einsätze. In der DE-PS 845 557 ist in dieser Hinsicht nichts offenbart. In der DE-OS 37 13 786 wird hierzu die Maßnahme beschrieben, die dem Grund der Vertiefung zugewandte Seite der Einsätze mit einem Klebstoff zu versehen. Ein Festhalten der Einsätze nach deren erstmali¬ gen Einsätzen wird zwar hierdurch ermöglicht, jedoch verliert der Kleb¬ stoff schnell seine Klebkraft, wenn der Einsatz mehrfach ausgewechselt wird, was immer dann geschieht, wenn sich im Rahmen der Behandlung die Notwendigkeit der Anwendung von Einsätzen unterschiedlicher Elasti¬ zität ergibt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein einfaches und sicheres Mittel für das Festhalten der Einsätze zu schaffen, das eine praktisch beliebig oft stattfindende Auswechslung der Einsätze ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens über den Bereich der Einsätze die Einlegesohle auf der Seite der Ver- tiefungen mit der einen (ersten) Lage eines die Vertiefungen aussparen¬ den Flächenklettverschlusses als Tragteil versehen ist, über die sich die andere (zweite) Lage des Flächenklettverschlusses als Abdeckteil durch¬ gehend unter Einschluß der Einsätze erstreckt.
Die Ausstattung der Einlegesohle mit einem die Aussparungen aussparen¬ den Tragteil eines Flächenklettverschlusses, die z. B. durch eine dauerhaf¬ te Verklebung erfolgen kann, ermöglicht es, nach Einbringen der Ein¬ sätze diese und die von Einsätzen freien Bereiche der Einlegesohle mit dem Abdeckteil des Klettverschlusses zu versehen, der aufgrund seiner Überdeckung der Einsätze diese sicher in ihren Vertiefungen hält. Dabei wird die Eigenschaft des Klettverschlusses ausgenutzt, dessen Abdeckteil von dem Tragteil abreißen zu können, ohne das dabei diese Teile ihre Fähigkeit verlieren, wieder aneinander haftend angebracht zu werden. Mit Hilfe des derart gestalteten Flächen-dettverschlusses ist es also ohne weiteres möglich, die Einsätze in ihren Vertiefungen zu sichern und diese praktisch beliebig oft auszuwechseln.
Als Tragteil verwendet man zweckmäßig das Flauschteil und als Abdeck¬ teil das Kletteil des Flächenklettverschlusses. In diesem Falle bietet die Einlegesohle mit dem Flauschteil eine weiche Auflage gegenüber der Innensohle eines Schuhs, wenn versehentlich das Abdeckteil nicht aufge¬ legt ist.
Wenn man das Abdeckten nur über den Bereich der Einsätze erstreckt, ergibt sich eine entsprechende Materialersparnis für das Abdeckteil und bei gleicher Erstreckung auch für das Tragteil. Aus fabrikatorischen Gründen kann man das Tragteil auch im wesentlichen über die gesamte Einlegesohle erstrecken. In diesem Fall kann man auch das Abdeckteil entsprechend groß ausbilden d. h. auch das Abdeckteil erstreckt sich über das gesamte Tragteil.
Um der Einlegesohle selbst eine gute Haftverbindung zur Innensohle des Schuhs zu geben, kann man sie neben dem Bereich der Einsätze mit Haftteilen vorsehen, die mit der Einlegesohle auf der Seite des Tragteils verbunden sind, das Halteteil durchsetzen und mit einer der Einlegesohle abgewandten Schicht aus selbstklebendem Kunststoff versehen sind. Eine derart ausgestaltete Einlegesohle wird mittels des Klebstoffs nach ihrem Einlegen in einen Schuh an der Innensohle rutschsicher gehalten. Das Haftteil kann mit oder ohne Abdeckfolie versehen sein. Zweckmäßig ist die Gestaltung der fertigen Einlegesohle mit Einsätzen, Flächenklettver- schluß sowie Haftteilen mit Abdeckfolie, da diese Einheit nicht rutschen kann.
In den Figuren ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigt:

Die in der Figur 1 dargestellte Einlegesohle 1 besteht aus dem Sohlen¬ teil 2 aus einem biegsamen Material, z. B. Silikonkautschuk, in deren 10 Unterseite 4 die aus der Figur 3 ersichtlichen Vertiefungen 6 eingelassen sind. In die Vertiefungen 6 sind die in diese passenden Einsätze 8 eingelegt, die ebenfalls aus elastischem Material, z. B. Silikonkautschuk, bestehen. An der Unterseite 4 des Sohlenteils 2 ist im Bereich der Einsätze 8 fias die Einsätze 8 aussparende Tragteil 12 eines Flächenklett-
_5 Verschlusses- 10 befestigt, (z. B. durch Ankleben), über das sich das Abdeckteil 14 erstreckt, das in der Figur 1 teilweise vom Tragteil 12 abgezogen dargestellt ist. Tragteil 12 und Abdeckteil 14 besitzen die gleichen Abmessungen, so daß das Abdeckteil 14 das Tragteil 12 voll¬ ständig überdeckt, wenn das Abdeckteil vollständig an das Tragteil 12 0 angedrückt ist. In der angedrückten Lage des Abdeckteils 14, die im Bereich der beiden rechten Einsätze 8 gezeichnet ist, hält das Abdeckteil 14 die Einsätze 8 in ihren Vertiefungen fest, so daß diese beim Tragen der Einlegesohle 1 nicht herausfallen können. Bei abgezogenem Abdeckteil 14 (siehe die drei linken Einsätze 8) können die Einsätze 8 5 aus ihren Vertiefungen herausgenommen und durch andere, z. B. härtere oder weichere Einsätze ersetzt werden, je nach dem gewünschten, thera¬ peutischen Effekt. Der Klettverschluß 10 sorgt dabei für ein sicheres Haften des Abdeckteils 14 am Tragteil 12, wobei die bekannte Funktion des Klettverschlusses dafür sorgt, daß das Abdeckteil 14 wiederholt vom 0 Tragteil 12 abgezogen und wieder an dieses angedrückt werden kann, wobei stets eine sichere Befestigung der Einsätze 8 in ihren Vertiefungen 6 gewährleistet ist.
An der Unterseite 4 des Sohlenteüs 2 sind weiterhin die Haftteile 18 angeklebt, die mit einer Selbstklebeschicht versehen sind, über die die Abdeckfolie 20 gelegt ist. Nach Abziehen der Abdeckfolie 20 von den Haftteilen 18 kann die Einlegesohle 1 in einen Schuh eingelegt werden, in dem dann der Einlegesohle 1 aufgrund der Klebewirkung der Haftteile 18 ein sicherer Halt gegeben wird.
In der Figur 2 ist eine Einlegesohle 1 mit einem Sohlenteil. 2 dargestellt, das wie die Einlegesohle 1 gemäß Figur 1 im Bereich der Zehengelenke mit fünf Einsätzen 8 versehen ist, die wie bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 1 in entsprechende Vertiefungen eingelegt sind. Zusätzlich zu diesen Einsätzen 8 ist im Sohlenteil 2 der Einsatz 28 in eine ent¬ sprechende Vertiefung eingelegt, durch den ein mehr oder minder starker Druck auf die Ferse ausgeübt werden kann. Die Unterbringung des Einsatzes 28 im Sohlenteil 2 erfolgt in der gleichen Weise, wie dies bei den Einsätzen 8 der Fall ist. Im einzelnen wird hierauf im Zusammen- hang mit der Figur 3 noch eingegangen.
Das Sohlenteil 2 gemäß Figur 2 ist auf seiner gesamten Unterseite mit dem Tragteil 32 des Klettverschlusses 30 versehen, dessen Abdeckteil 34 wie das Tragteil 32 die Unterseite 4 des gesamten Sohlenteils 2 abdeckt. Dabei werden von dem Tragteil 32 (wie bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 1) die Bereiche der Einsätze 8 und 28 ausgespart, damit bei abgezogenem Abdeckteil 34 die betreffenden Einsätze 8 bzw. 28 ausge¬ wechselt werden können. Wie bei der AusfüJarungsform gemäß Figur 1 ist die Einlegesohle 1 gemäß Figur 2 mit den Haftteilen 18 versehen, die das Äbdeckteil 34 durchsetzen, das zu diesem Zweck mit den Ausnehmungen 36 versehen ist. Die Abdeckteile 18 sind mit ihrer dem Sohlenteil 2 zugewandten Seite an dem Tragteil 32 angeklebt. Mit Hilfe der Haftteile 18 läßt sich dann wie bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 1 die Einlegesohle 1 gemäß Figur 2 in einem Schuh haftend befestigen.
Der in der Figur 3 dargestellte Schnitt längs der Linie -H-DI aus Figur 1 zeigt die Unterbringung eines Einsatzes 8 in einer Vertiefung 6 des Sohlenteils 2. Auf das Sohlenteil 2 ist das Tragteil 12 aus Figur 1 (bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 2) wäre es das Tragteil 32 aufgeklebt, das im Bereich der Einsätze 8 mit den Ausnehmungen 16 versehen ist, durch die dann, die Einsätze 8 hindurch herausgenommen und wieder eingesetzt werden könnten. An das Tragteil 12 ist das Abdeckteil 14 angedrückt, das zusammen mit dem Tragteil 12 den Klettverschluß 10 bildet, wobei das Abdeckteil 14 als das Kletteil und das Tragteil 12 als das Flauschteil des Flächenklettverschlusses ausgebildet ist. Diese Anord¬ nung hat den Vorteil, daß bei einem Weglassen des Abdeckteils 14 das Flauschteil 12 gegen die Innensohle des betreffenden Schuhs drückt, die sonst, wenn das Tragteil 12 als Kletteil ausgebildet wäre, durch die einzelnen Häkchen des Kletteils aufgerauht werden könnte.
Bei den in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsformen der Einlegesohle ist diese auf ihre Unterseite 4, also der der Inneπsohle des Schuhs zugewandten Seite, mit den Einsätzen und dem Klettverschluß versehen. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Einsätze mit den zugehörigen Vertiefun¬ gen und die Klettverschlußabdeckung auf der Oberseite der Einlegesohle vorzusehen. In diesem Falle würde also die Klettverschlußabdeckung der Fußsohle zugewandt sein. Die Haftteile zur haftenden Befestigung der Einlegesohle an der Innensohle . des Schuhs würden dabei natürhch auf der Unterseite der Einlegesohle verbleiben.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Einlegesohle (1) aus elastischem Material mit Vertiefungen (6) zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren elastischen Einsätzen (8,28), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens über den Bereich der Einsätze (8,28) die Einlegesohle (1) auf der Seite der Vertiefungen (6) mit der einen (ersten) Lage (12,32) eines die Vertiefungen (6) aussparenden Flächenklettverschlusses (10,30) als Tragteil (12,32) versehen ist, über die sich die andere (zweite) Lage (14,34) des Flächenklettverschlus- ses (10,30) als Abdeckteil (14,34) durchgehend unter Einschluß der
Einsätze (8,28) erstreckt.
2. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragteil (12,32) als das Flauschteil und das Abdeckteil (14,34) als das Kletteil des Flächenklettverschlusses (10,30) ausgebildet ist.
3. Einlegesohle nach Ansprach 1 oder 2, dadurch, gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Abdeckteil (14) nur über den Bereich der Einsätze (8) er¬ streckt.
4. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Tragteil (32) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Einlegesohle (1) erstreckt.
5. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Abdeckteil (34) über das gesamte Tragteil (32) erstreckt. Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß sie neben dem Bereich der Einsätze (28) Haftteile (18) aufweist, die mit der Einlegesohle (1) auf der Seite des Trag¬ teils (12,32) verbunden sind, das Abdeckteil (34) durchsetzen und mit einer der Einlegesohle (1) abgewandten Schicht aus selbstkleben¬ den Klebstoff mit oder ohne Abdeckfolie (20) versehen sind.
