Definitions

  • the invention relates to a process for premixing at least two pasty materials during introduction into a mixer. Furthermore it relates to an appliance for carrying out this process, having at least two containers for the : pasty materials to be mixed, the outflow connection pieces of which are arranged parallel and next to one another and connected to one another for joint coupling to a mixer.

  • a conventional static mixer requires 24 mixing elements or more which necessitate a very high feed pressure, so that a user's manual force is no longer sufficient to press the materials through the mixer, and a feed pump must be used. This makes the use of cartridges of the present kind considerably more difficult 0 and, in many instances, impossible, since a feed pump is not always available.
  • the objective of the invention is therefore to provide a process and an appliance for carrying out this process, which make it possible to premix pasty materials effectively as early as when they come out of the 5 corresponding outflow connection pieces.
