Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une composition détersive comprenant un composé d'ammonium quaternaire de la formule R1R2R3R4N+ X- dans laquelle R¿1? représente alkyle C8-C16, R2, R3 et R4 représentent chacun indépendamment alkyle C1-C4 ou hydroxy alkyle, benzyle, ou (C2H40)xH, x valant entre 2 et 5, R2 ou R3 ou R4 représentant benzyle et X représentant un anion. La composition comprend également une cellulase caractérisée par le fait qu'elle permet d'enlever au moins 10 % de carboxyméthylcellulose marquée, radioactive et immobilisée selon le procédé C14 CMC, à raison de 25 x 10?-6¿ % en poids de protéine de cellulase dans la solution d'essai de lessive. Selon la présente invention, une cellulase préférée se compose d'un constituant d'endoglucanase homogène qui est immunoréactif avec un anticorps monoclonal dirigé contre une cellulase de 43 kD partiellement purifiée dérivée de Humicola insolens Dm 1800.
