Abstract
A re-usable, unitary package for rubber, useful in particular for packaging, storing and transporting synthetic rubber, is composed of a flat pallet (1) with a continuous edge (5) and centering feet (4), and a fitted conical envelope (6) made of a single piece that tapers upwardly on all sides and is closed at the top by a lid (9). Two opposite lateral surfaces of the envelope are provided with recesses (8) arranged next to the upper periphery of the envelope. The envelope with its fitted lid may be pulled upwardly off the packaged goods by holding its recesses.

Für einen Rück- transport sind diese leeren Mehrwegverpackungen aufgrund ihrer Konizität ineinander stapelbar. Diese Ausführung ist für .fließfähigen synthetischen Kautschuk nicht einsetzbar.
Alle diese bekannten Mehrwegverpackungen haben den Nachteil, daß sie aus vielerlei störanfälligen Einzelteilen bestehen, einen hohen Herstellungsaufwand erfordern und für die Be- füllung und Entleerung zusätzlich manuelle Eingriffe an der Verpackung selbst notwendig sind. Eine Entfernung von Kautschukresten vor einer Wiederverwendung ist nur mit er¬ höhtem Aufwand möglich. Die Flachpalette 1 enthält zwei Längskufen 2 zum Transport auf einer Rollenbahn.
Die Zentrierungen 3 an den Füßen 4 sind 40 mm hoch. Durch den umlaufenden Bord 5 am Umfang der Flachpalette 1 wird der aufgesetzte konische Mantel 6 seitlich geführt. Die Ab¬ messungen sind in der Länge 1280 mm, in der Breite 1080 mm und in der Höhe 977 mm. Der Neigungswinkel aller Seiten¬ flächen des Mantels 6 beträgt zur Senkrechten 3,26 Grad.
