Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement et d'analyse d'échantillons de fluides isocinétiques. Elle permet, sur la base des résultats d'analyse, d'optimiser la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide au travers d'un séparateur (1) dans le cas d'un fluide multiphase par exemple de type huile/gaz/eau. Généralement, la phase gazeuse entraîne des gouttes, des gouttelettes ou des particules liquides. Mais il n'est pas souhaitable que le gaz sortant du séparateur (1) entraîne de tels liquides. Donc, pour obtenir un paramètre permettant de réguler le débit du fluide au travers du séparateur, les éléments constitutifs du gaz sortant du séparateur qui entraînent éventuellement des gouttes, des gouttelettes ou des particules liquides sont soumis à une chauffe ou une compression, ce qui provoque une évaporation ou une condensation desdites gouttes, gouttelettes ou particules liquides. La phase liquide contenue dans le gaz ou la vapeur suivant le cas subit une mesure de densité pour la suite de l'analyse. Ce procédé permet ainsi de réguler le débit de fluide du séparateur grâce à des tests faits sur des échantillons de fluide destinés à la mesure de densité qui doit atteindre une densité de valeur minime. Dès lors, on a atteint un débit optimum, ce qui correspond à l'utilisation optimale du séparateur. L'appareil comporte une bouteille (8) susceptible d'être chauffée ou refroidie, ce qui permet d'évaporer ou de condenser suivant le cas les gouttes, gouttelettes ou particules liquides entraînées par les constituants du gaz. Pour cette opération, la bouteille (8) est raccordée à un densimètre (14 ou 23 suivant le cas) par une ligne de décharge (13).
