Abstract

Ce procédé de chromatographie liquide comprend un disque (4) chromatographique destiné à dissoudre des molécules dans un échantillon liquide, un dispositif de chargement d'échantillon (2) dans lequel vient se loger le disque (4) et qui possède un ou plusieurs canaux (16) de stockage destinés à prendre un volume prédéterminé de l'échantillon par capillarité pour le distribuer au disque (4), ainsi que des moyens (18) destinés à distribuer un tampon et/ou éluant au disque. Le dispositif de chargement d'échantillon (2) peut comprendre un corps (6) servant en tant que logement du disque (4) et possédant: (i) un canal de chargement (8) destiné à diriger le liquide sur le disque (4) ou vers celui-ci, ce canal comprenant une portion afférente dotée d'un orifice d'entrée (10) destiné à diriger le liquide vers le disque (4) ainsi qu'une portion afférente dotée d'un orifice de sortie (12) destiné à diriger le liquide en dehors du disque, et (ii) un élément (14) sélecteur (par exemple un disque rotatif ou une tige coulissante) monté mobile sur le corps (6) de manière à interrompre la portion afférente du canal de chargement (8).
