Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé pharmaceutique ayant la forme d'une solution aqueuse ou la forme d'un produit permettant la reconstitution d'une solution aqueuse, destinée à une administration parentérale ou ophtalmique, qui comprend du lornoxicam ou un sel dérivé pharmaceutiquement acceptable et de la cyclodextrine, ou un complexe d'inclusion de lornoxicam ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci et d'une cyclodextrine, ainsi qu'un tampon pharmaceutiquement acceptable pour tamponner la solution à un pH compris entre 6,5 et 9 inclusivement. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de la composition pharmaceutique.
