Abstract
Des végétaux transgéniques contiennent au moins une séquence hétérologue d'ADN et ont une teneur accrue en substances secondaires. L'invention concerne en outre leur production et leur utilisation en sylviculture, dans la culture de plantes de prairies et de pâturages, de plantes décoratives ou de plantes utiles. La séquence hétérologue d'ADN code notamment un polypeptide à activité enzymatique qui génère par voie enzymatique au moins une substance secondaire en concentration suffisante pour avoir un effet antiviral, bactéricide, fongicide, insecticide et/ou insectifuge.
