Abstract

L'invention concerne une surface de siège (3), destinée notamment à une chaise de travail, un siège de conducteur ou similaire. Cette surface de siège (3) présente un évidement central (14) dans la zone postérieure et est fixée sur un châssis inférieur (2). L'invention vise à créer une surface de siège (3) pouvant s'adapter à différentes façons de s'asseoir, et le cas échéant pouvant servir de surface permettant à l'utilisateur de s'entraîner à adopter une position assise à 'deux points d'appui'. A cet effet, l'évidement (14) peut être obturé au moins partiellement par un insert correspondant (13), de sorte que la différence de hauteur entre la surface de siège (3) et l'insert (13) puisse être modifiée progressivement et/ou de façon continue. L'introduction d'un insert (13) dans l'évidement (14) de la surface de siège (3) permet à une personne de s'asseoir dans une position préférée connue, à 'trois points d'appui', ou bien de s'entraîner à s'asseoir, de temps à autre, uniquement dans une position à 'deux points d'appui'.
