Abstract

Es werden transgene Pflanzenzellen beschrieben, in denen es aufgrund der Einführung und Expression bestimmter DNA-Moleküle zur Bildung leicht mobilisierbarer Phosphatpools außerhalb der Vakuole kommt. Transgene Pflanzen, die derartige Zellen enthalten, zeigen eine gesteigerte Biomasseproduktion und/oder ein verändertes Blühverhalten. Es werden ferner Verfahren beschrieben, die eine Ertragssteigerung und/oder eine Veränderung des Blühverhaltens in Pflanzen bewirken.
