Abstract
Le dispositif proposé d'établissement d'un mode de fonctionnement tribochimique dans un système de lubrification de mécanismes comprend les éléments suivants: un logement (1), un couvercle (2) doté d'ouvertures (3 et 4) à travers lesquelles de l'huile peut rentrer et sortir; un bloc tribochimique comprenant deux couvercles (5 et 6) ainsi que trois enveloppes cylindriques coaxiales perforées (7, 8 et 9) de petit, moyen et gros diamètre respectivement, ainsi qu'un gainage en matériau filtrant (11). Un réactif alcalin (10) est ménagé entre les enveloppes de gros et de moyen diamètre (9 et 8) et de l'iode est appliqué au matériau filtrant (11) de l'enveloppe de petit diamètre (7). Les ouvertures (12) des perforations sur les enveloppes de moyen et de gros diamètre (8 et 9) sont conçues de manière à assurer que la limite supérieure des ouvertures (12) sur l'enveloppe de diamètre moyen (8) est distante de la limite supérieure de l'enveloppe de 0,2 à 0,35 fois la longueur de l'enveloppe, tandis que la limite inférieure des ouvertures (12) sur les enveloppes de gros et de moyen diamètre (9 et 8) est distante de la limite inférieure de ces enveloppes de 0,1 à 0,13 fois la longueur desdites enveloppes.
