Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging with a guarantee closure according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such packaging usually consists of cardboard, plastic material or a laminate of different materials.
- the guarantee device To open the packaging, the guarantee device must be destroyed, which may be a simple perforation, a tear-off tab or a seal.
- the guarantee function of packaging i.e. the indication whether the packaging has not been touched by the manufacturer since it was filled and closed for the first time, is particularly important for sensitive packaging goods such as Pharmaceuticals play an increasing role.
- the previously known guarantee devices only indicate whether the packaging was opened in the normal way or not.
- box bodies which are produced by folding and gluing operations, there is a risk that the guarantee device will be circumvented by manipulation. For example, glued parts can be cut with a knife and then glued again, or the gluing can be released by applying heat.
- connection of the cover to a security section that may be weakened several times in the area of the connection surface has the result that manipulation of the cover to circumvent the guarantee device inevitably leads to the security section being attached to one or more weakening devices. lines or weakened zones. Even if the torn security section is glued again, the manipulation remains immediately visible because the weakening lines or weakening zones are no longer intact.
- the security section can be a security tab which is formed in one piece with the cover and which is connected to a side wall.
- the safety tab can also be formed in one piece with a side wall and connected to the cover. It is important in any case that the safety section is arranged on the packaging in such a way that its damage is immediately apparent.
- An advantageous packaging is obtained if the box body is designed as a poly, in particular cuboid, if the lid is a reclosable insert lid with an insert tab, and if the cover is connected to at least two security tabs arranged on both sides of the insert tab.
- the box bodies can also have a different configuration, and it is also conceivable that a package has individual compartments with several lids.
- the weakening zones are formed by intersecting weakening lines. For example, two lines of weakness extending in a zigzag manner can intersect, dividing a rectangular security tab into squares and triangles.
- the security section can also be integrated directly into the lid, wherein it is connected to a wall section of the packaging adjoining a side wall. This eliminates the need for an additional section of material to form a safety tab. If the safety section is arranged accordingly, the function of the lid is not impaired. Manipulation on the security section, however, becomes immediately visible when it is integrated into the cover.
- the security section can be provided with a weakening line designed as a predetermined tear line, which completely or partially surrounds the connection areas.
- a weakening line designed as a predetermined tear line, which completely or partially surrounds the connection areas.
- lines of weakness it would also be conceivable for lines of weakness to be additionally arranged above the connection surface.
- a particularly advantageous integration of the security section into the cover is obtained if the box body is designed as a polyhedron, in particular cuboid, if the cover is a reclosable plug-in cover with a plug-in flap, with at least two side walls of the box body arranged on both sides of the plug-in flap are provided with inwardly folded dust flaps and if at least two associated safety sections on the cover are connected to the dust flaps.
- the dust flaps are usually required anyway on such box bodies in order to protect the inside of the box laterally from the outside.
- the connection of the dust flaps with the security sections integrated in the lid leads overall to a dense and stable packaging with a high guarantee security.
- the predetermined tear lines of the safety sections can surround the connection points on the dust flap like a sickle and leak into the lid edges. However, it would also be conceivable to make the connection at one or more points in a point-like manner, the predetermined tear lines surrounding the adhesive points in a circle.
- the weakening line and / or the weakening zone could at least partially also be formed by recesses.
- a combination of recesses, straight or intersecting lines of weakness, perforations etc. would of course also be conceivable.
- the security section is preferably connected to other sections of the box body by gluing. In certain cases, however, a connection by staples or, in the case of weldable materials, by welding would also be conceivable.
- the box body, together with the security sections preferably consists of a single blank.
- the basic blank can be punched out in a single operation.
- the security sections it is also readily conceivable for the security sections to be separate material cuts which are glued to critical parts of the packaging in the manner of a seal.
- FIG. 1 shows a packaging according to the invention before it is closed for the first time
- FIG. 2 shows the packaging according to FIG. 1 in the closed state
- FIG. 3 shows the packaging according to FIG. 2 after the first opening
- FIG. 4 shows an alternative exemplary embodiment of a packaging
- FIG. 5 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a packaging with security sections integrated in the lid
- FIG. 6 shows the packaging according to FIG. 5 in the closed state
- FIG. 7 shows the packaging according to FIG. 6 after opening for the first time
- Figure 8 shows an alternative embodiment of a package in the closed state
- Figure 9 shows another embodiment of a package in the closed state.
- FIG. 1 shows a cuboid box body 1 which is made from a single material blank, for example from cardboard.
- the longitudinal side walls 8 and 8 ' are glued to the transverse side walls 7 and 7' by means of internal adhesive tabs 9.
- the cover 2 is designed as a plug-in cover with a plug-in tab 6 and is connected in a hinge-like manner to the longitudinal side wall 8 '.
- the transverse side walls 7 and 7 ' are provided with dust flaps 10 and 10', which ensure a certain seal even after the first opening. The dust flaps are folded inwards and then run approximately parallel to the closed its cover 2.
- a predetermined tear line 3 and 3 ' runs between the cover and the two safety tabs 4 and 4'.
- a predetermined breaking point 11 is also provided on the longitudinal side wall 8, which together with the predetermined tear lines 3 and 3 'forms the actual guarantee device.
- the insertion flap 6 is inserted behind the longitudinal side wall 8 and the inside of the predetermined breaking point 11 is glued to the insertion flap.
- the two safety flaps 4 and 4 ' are folded over onto the transverse side walls 7 and 7' and glued over their entire surface there.
- the predetermined breaking point 11 To open this packaging for the first time, the predetermined breaking point 11 must be pressed in and the lid then moved in the opening direction, the predetermined tear lines 3 and 3 'tearing. As can be seen from Figure 3, the safety tabs 4 and 4 'remain on the transverse side walls.
- the packaging can be closed again by reinserting the cover, but then without guarantee function. If, in the case of the closed packaging according to FIG. 2, an attempt is made to lift a safety flap with a knife, for example, this leads to tearing in of lines of weakness and, owing to the crossed arrangement, to the breaking out of individual sections.
- the originally existing regular and undamaged pattern of the weakening lines can also be used when the adhesive is re-glued can no longer be manufactured.
- Figure 4 shows an alternative embodiment, consisting of a round box 12, the opening of which is closed with a lid 13.
- Lateral aprons 14, which are provided with diagonal lines of weakness 16, serve to glue the cover.
- the lid is normally opened at a predetermined breaking opening 15, which can be pressed in and, if necessary, opened. Access to the packaging content is thus possible by circumventing the predetermined breaking opening 15 only by manipulating the aprons 14. Such manipulation would, however, be indicated by tearing the lines of weakness 16.
- FIGS. 5 to 7 show, similarly to FIGS. 1 to 3, a cuboid packaging with an insert lid.
- the packaging is also made from a single blank.
- the safety sections 17 and 17 'are integrated directly into the cover 2.
- These security sections are each formed by a single predetermined tear line 18, which runs approximately in a sickle-like manner and which ends at both ends in the side edge 20 of the cover.
- the safety sections 17 and 17' are glued to the dust flaps 10 and 10 'on an adhesive surface 19, with the predetermined tear lines 18, 18' evidently directly in the vicinity of the adhesive surfaces are arranged and surround them.
- the insertion flap 6 is glued to the longitudinal side wall 8 at the predetermined breaking point 11 in the same way as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2.
- the predetermined breaking point 11 consists of one perforation each on the longitudinal side wall 8 and on the insertion flap 6, the perforations being congruent.
- the predetermined tear lines 18 are clearly visible from the outside on the closed packaging according to FIG. 6.
- the side gluing with the dust cloth leads to a particularly tight packaging. Lateral access to the packaging contents, for example by spreading open the cover 2 and the side wall 7, is not possible. A corresponding manipulation would lead to a total or partial tearing of the target tear line 18.
- the security sections 17 and 17 'could additionally be provided with intersecting lines of weakness, as is the case with the security tabs 4 and 4' in FIG.
- the predetermined breaking point 11 must be pressed in according to FIG. 7 and the cover 2 must be swung open in the opening direction.
- the predetermined tear lines 18 tear around the safety sections 17 and 17 ', which is facilitated by their sickle-like configuration.
- the plug-in lid can be closed again with the plug-in flap 6 without the function of the packaging being impaired by the torn predetermined tear lines 18.
- the recesses 21, 21 'remaining on the cover 2 are closed again by the dust flaps 10 and 10' when the cover is closed.
- FIG. 8 shows an exemplary embodiment which is largely identical to that according to FIGS. 5 to 7.
- the predetermined tear lines 18 are only formed by incisions in the initial area facing the front side wall 8.
- the line of weakness is shown through Recesses 22 arranged in series in the form of round openings.
- the cutouts are arranged in such a way that they are covered by the dust flaps underneath.
- Material webs 23 are formed between the cutouts, which tear when the cover 2 is opened, but also in the event of unauthorized manipulation.
- cutouts 22 are also arranged, but not only to form a defined weakening line, but to form a larger weakening zone.
- the openings are partly in the area of the adhesive points. If the packaging is opened properly, only those material webs that surround the glue points, which are not firmly connected to the dust flaps underneath, will tear. In the event of tampering with the side edges of the cover 2, further material webs can tear.
