Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'états tels que les anévrismes de l'aorte abdominale et similaires impliquant la mise en place directe d'un greffon à deux branches dans la zone malade. Les interventions chirurgicales sont réalisables de manière proximale à partir d'un point au-dessus de la jonction de l'aorte abdominale avec les artères rénales, ou de manière distale au travers des artères iliaques. L'invention concerne également, d'une part un mandrin (10) à deux branches permettant la mise en place du greffon à deux branches chez le patient, et d'autre part un fourreau d'accès universel déployable par ballonnet.
