Abstract
La présente invention concerne un aéroplane à commande par balancier comprenant une aile profilée souple (3) fixée à une ossature (1). L'aile (3) se présente sous la forme d'une aile de type fermé ayant une configuration aérodynamique 'tandem', et possède des surfaces portantes avant et arrière (4, 5) reliées entre elles et qui se trouvent respectivement en flèche arrière et en flèche inversée. L'ossature (1) comprend une poutre (6) longitudinale ainsi qu'une paire avant et une paire arrière de poutres latérales opposées (7, 8). Chaque poutre latérale (7) de la paire avant est fixée par sa première extrémité (9) à la partie nez (11) de la poutre longitudinale (6) et forme le bord d'attaque (12) de la surface portante avant (4) de l'aile (3). Chaque poutre latérale (8) de la paire arrière est fixée, d'une part, par sa première extrémité (13) à la partie queue (15) de la poutre longitudinale (6), et, d'autre part, par sa seconde extrémité (18) à la surface inférieure de la poutre latérale correspondante (7) de la paire avant, ceci de manière à former le bord d'attaque (20) de la surface portante arrière (5) de l'aile (3).
