Abstract

La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (Ig) ou certains de leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, un procédé de préparation de ces composés, une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ces composés et l'utilisation de ces composés comme médicament. Dans la formule générale (Ig), R1 est trihalo alkyle (inférieur), R2 est trihalo alkyle (inférieur), R3 est indolyl alkyle (inférieur), -A- est un radical -CH¿2?- ou un radical représenté par les formules spécifiques (a), et -R?4¿ est représenté par les formules spécifiques (b, c ou d). Dans ces formules spécifiques (b, c ou d), R5 est hydrogène ou alcoxycarbonyle inférieur, R6 est hydrogène ou alcanoyle inférieur, R7 est hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, alcanoyle inférieur, alcoxycarboyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur alcanoyle (inférieur), cyclo alkyl carbonyle (inférieur), aroyle ou alkylsylfonyle inférieur.
