Abstract
L'invention concerne un système permettant une quantification des niveaux d'expression d'ARNm dans un échantillon biologique contenant un mélange lysant d'un détergent et d'un chaotrope pour extraire l'ARN total de l'échantillon biologique; un mélange de transcriptase inverse, de nucléotides et d'une amorce oligo-dT pour synthétiser l'ADNc à partir de l'ARNm polyadénylé dans l'ARNm total ; un moyen pour marquer une amorce ou une sonde avec une molécule qui se fixe à un agent appliqué en film sur une plaque de microtitrage; une plaque de microtitrage portant un film d'un agent capable de se fixer à ladite molécule; un moyen pour marquer une amorce ou une sonde avec un marqueur détectable; un anticorps qui détecte l'amorce ou la sonde marquée; et un moyen pour détecter l'anticorps. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de quantification de l'expression de l'ARNm dans un échantillon biologique.
