When the last character in the answer has reached the user program ware, the answer time measurement and accessibility measurement applications stop the clock, calculates the answer time and stores the result together with time and day - the clock in the measurement station or in the externally located result part of the database.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour mesurer des paramètres d'analyse dans un système de communication comprenant un environnement utilisateur avec un équipement de communication et un ou plusieurs environnements externes avec un équipement de communication et un ou plusieurs réseaux de communication. Des communications s'effectuent entre l'environnement utilisateur et l'environnement externe de communication, le déclenchement de la communication se faisant souvent depuis l'environnement utilisateur vers l'environnement externe. Lors de cette communication, ces paramètres d'analyse sont mesurés en même temps dans l'environnement utilisateur et dans le ou les environnement(s) externe(s). Des perturbations dans le système de communication peuvent être localisées par comparaison entre les valeurs mesurées dans l'environnement utlisateur et dans le ou les environnement(s) externe(s). Les paramètres en question sont le temps de réponse et la facilité d'accès.
