Definitions
- the present specification refers to a patent of invention relating to a pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor that substantially improves the achievement and maintenance, during the desired time, of the erection of the penis, without obstructing the urethra at any time, which allows the user ejaculate with absolute normality, without discomfort
- This invention has its main application within the industry dedicated to the manufacture of medical equipment, especially sanitary products dedicated to the treatment of impotence
- Impotence is a very frequent problem suffered by 1 5% of men at some time in their life. In Spain, the number of men suffering from some kind of impotence is currently between 1,200,000 and 1,500,000. Impotence, as such, is understood as the difficulty of the male to achieve and / or maintain an erection. There are several causes that can cause it, being stress, depression and fatigue that usually predominate in men under 40 years If impotence is not occasional, but persistent, its origin may be in diseases such as diabetes, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, spinal cord injuries, prostate operations, bladder or kidney cancer, etc. , as well as the use of drugs, alcohol, and even some medications.
- constrictors that are currently on the market have as main disadvantages, not being able to control the pressure they exert on the penis, and above all, that while performing their constricting function, they obstruct the urethra, making ejaculation painful and even impossible, and therefore the correct consummation of intercourse, being able to make sexual relations unsatisfactory
- pneumatic constrictor stands out against all these designs, for its great simplicity of use, as it is swollen by means of a simple standardized plastic syringe, and for being the only one with a shape that does not obstruct the urethra at any time. It is, due to its unique characteristics, an ideal solution for certain male impotences.
- the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor to achieve and maintain the erection of the penis, without obstructing the urethra, well configured as a closed ring or as an open ring, both functionally equivalent, allows the user to correct its impotence satisfactorily, being able to be also used by men who do not have impotence problems, but who wish to strengthen their sexual relations.
- the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor to achieve and maintain the erection of the penis, without obstructing the urethra, can be used alone or in collaboration with other products, such as drugs, creams or other external devices.
- the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor that does not obstruct the urethra is constituted by an internally hollow element, as an air chamber, made of an elastic material, such as latex, and which can be configured in a first embodiment as a closed ring, or also, in a second embodiment, such as an open ring. It has an air loading and unloading valve, and optionally it can have a safety valve that limits the pressure inside the air chamber of the constrictor.
- this constrictor can carry a ferromagnetic element, which generates a magnetic field, which acts beneficially on certain fluids of the human organism, not exceeding the intensity of said magnetic field a number of gausses that could pose any risk to the user's health of this constrictor.
- This ferromagnetic element will be placed, in the case of the closed ring configuration, within the plastic part that forms the urethra protector, and in the case of the open ring configuration, within the plastic part that forms the outer ring frame
- the loading and unloading valve has a nozzle in which the tip of a standardized plastic syringe fits.
- the nozzle also works as a push-button. When pressed into the valve, it remains open, allowing the flow to flow. air through it.
- the nozzle is flush with the main body of the valve, in order to avoid accidentally pressing it
- the operation of the loading and unloading valve is as follows to carry out the loading of air into the constrictor ring, the syringe is fitted into the nozzle, the latter is pushed into the valve with the syringe itself, and maintained Thus, the valve is thus open, pressing the plunger of the syringe passes the air into the ring. If the syringe plunger is stopped pressing and the valve is kept open, the air in the ring will return to the syringe.
- the syringe When it is considered that the air introduced in the ring exerts the desired pressure, the syringe is removed from the nozzle, leaving it to be pressed, and the valve being closed to discharge the air from the ring just press the nozzle with your finger of the loading and unloading valve, and the air will flow outwards
- the loading and unloading valve is basically made up of three pieces, either stainless steel or plastic, which are the valve body, the push-button nozzle and the plug-part, which is fixed jointly at the end opposite to the nozzle of the push-nozzle piece It also has a stainless steel spring and two rubber O-rings
- the safety valve which limits the air pressure inside the constrictor ring, can be a ball valve, or instead of a ball it can carry a small plunger.
- the first embodiment of this valve consists of the valve body, the ball, the spring and the threaded part on which the spring rests all stainless steel.
- the second embodiment of the safety valve differs basically from the first one, regardless of dimensions, in that instead of the ball it has a small piston, also made of stainless steel, surrounded by a lateral groove in which a rubber O-ring is housed , which guarantees the tight fit of the piston with the inner wall of the valve body
- the ball or the piston is held in position by the action of the spring, whose force is regulated by varying its compression Thanks to the threaded part on which it is supported By rotating said threaded part, the spring can be compressed more or less, thus being able to choose the pressure at which the safety valve is to be opened.
- the loading and unloading valve, and the safety valve are fixed to the constrictor ring closed through the piece that forms the urethra protector, and in the open ring, through the piece that forms the outer shell of the ring.
- the piece of plastic that forms the urethra protector is a piece in a way that, located in the lower part of the penis, where the urethra is located, it is housed inside the protector, and thanks to the eaves available to it, the urethra is released, under these eaves, from the pressure exerted by the rest of the ring on the penis.
- the urethra protector is placed in the lower part of the closed ring, inside the elastic hollow element (latex), adhered to its interior, preventing this from entering air in the area where the protector is located. In this area, the elastic hollow element adopts the same shape as the protector, in order to adapt perfectly to its surface.
- the open ring configuration does not require a urethral protector, since the urethra escapes the ring constrictor action through the opening in the lower part.
- the consistency of the open ring is given by the plastic part that forms its outer shell.
- the outer wall and the side walls of the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor which does not obstruct the urethra, are reinforced.
- Closed ring embodiment is reinforced by a fabric
- the side walls are also reinforced by a fabric, but the exterior is reinforced by the plastic part that forms the outer shell of the ring.
- the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor to reach and maintain the erection of the penis, without obstructing the urethra is intended to be placed in the preferably flaccid penis, at the base of the penis, stuck against the pubis. At the time of placement, the constrictor will be without air pressure. As penis congestion progresses, the increase in penile volume will cause the first constrictive effects of the ring. From the first moment the urethra, by itself, will be correctly located, staying free of any constriction that could obstruct it. The user himself will decide when to start introducing air into the ring, in order to increase the constriction of the penis
- the purpose of the pneumatic adjustable pressure constrictor to achieve and maintain the erection of the penis without obstructing the urethra is not to stop the blood flow of the penis, but to hinder the flow of blood through the veins, making it as little as possible its entry through the arteries, thereby improving penis congestion and, therefore, a satisfactory erection in terms of stiffness and duration.

- the inner wall expands, taking, given its natural curvature, the shape shown in figures 1 and 2, of dilated inner wall (36) in the case of the closed ring, and the shape showing figure number 3, of dilated inner wall (37) in the case of the open ring.
- the size of the pneumatic constrictor must be appropriate to the size of each penis, so there will be sizes
- a cross section of a penis is shown in figure 7, indicating its most prominent parts, which are subcutaneous dorsal veins (38), deep dorsal veins (39), dorsal arteries (40) , deep arteries (41), dorsal nerves (42), corpora cavernosa (43), spongy body (44), urethra (45) and skin (46)
- natural or artificial excitation increases the entry of blood into the corpora cavernosa of the penis, reaching 140cm 3 to 160cm 3 per minute, the congestion of the penis, which culminates with its erection
- the erection is achieved by the abundant entry of blood into the penis, while its own congestion conveniently obstructs the exit channels, that is, the veins
- the erection is maintained with a blood flow of 40cm 3 to 60cm 3 per minute
- Figures 1 1 and 12 clearly show how the two embodiments of our constrictor, the closed ring and the open ring perform their constrictor function on a cross section of the penis
- the first thing once the size that best suits us is chosen, is to place it on the flaccid penis, as shown in figure number 8, until it stops with the pubis At this time the constrictor has no air pressure inside.
- the congestion of the penis naturally or artificially provoked, said congestion will progressively make the ring more and more tightly around the penis contour, thus initiating the constriction that favors the attainment of the erection .
- this second phase which is shown in figure number 9
- the necessary air is introduced into the ring, with the syringe, to exert the constriction on the penis that keeps the desired time erect, as shown in figure 10.
- the push-button (10) of the loading and unloading valve will be pressed, and the air will leave the ring, ceasing the constriction and recovering normal blood flow, being able to remove the ring comfortably
