Abstract

Une section d'enrubannage (14) d'une machine enrubanneuse comprend un dispositif d'enrubannage (10), deux bandes transporteuses (18, 20) et une bande transporteuse de liaison (40) placée entre elles. La bande transporteuse de liaison (40) permet le passage des palettes (34) qui transportent les noeuds d'attache d'un harnais de câbles (36) de la première bande transporteuse (18) vers la seconde bande transporteuse (20). Lorsqu'un noeud d'attache est passé de la première à la seconde bande transporteuse, la bande transporteuse de liaison (40) est retirée par mouvement vertical par la tige de piston (43), pour permettre au dispositif d'enrubannage (10) d'être placé entre les deux bandes transporteuses. Le harnais de câbles (4) est alors reçu dans une fente (8) du dispositif d'enrubannage, lequel procède à l'opération d'enrubannage du harnais de câbles, pendant que celui-ci est déplacé axiallement par les bandes transporteuses jusqu'à ce que la seconde palette (38) atteigne le dispositif d'enrubannage (10). Le dispositif d'enrubannage est alors retiré, la bande transporteuse de liaison (14) est réinsérée et l'opération continue comme décrite ci-dessus pour l'enrubannage de la seconde section (4') du harnais de câbles entre les noeuds d'attache (38, 39). On obtient ainsi une procédure automatisée simple pour l'enrubannage de harnais de câbles.
