Abstract

Casquette munie d'un dispositif pour une protection totale de la tête au soleil. Le dispositif comprend un protège-nuque (5) mobile et rabattable, pouvant basculer d'avant en arrière et vice versa au moyen d'un pivot (3) et d'une glissière (4). Il permet ainsi à l'utilisateur, une fois le dispositif fixé dans sa position, de disposer d'une casquette traditionnelle ou d'une casquette avec protège-nuque.

Description

CASQUETTE AVEC PROTEGE-NUqUE RABATTABLE
La présente invention concerne une casquette avec un dispositif de protège-nuque mobile et rabattable qui, à l'aide d'un axe pivot et d'une glissière, permet à l'utilisateur de disposer à sa guise d'une casquette de type courant ou avec protège-nuque incorporé.
La casquette traditionnelle protège le dessus de la tête et le visage et ne met donc pas à l'abri l'utilisateur des rayons solaires sur la nuque, alors qu'avec ce dispositif, selon l'invention de protège-nuque rabattable, une protection totale de la tête est assurée, quelle que soit son exposition au soleil.
Ce dispositif comporte, en effet, en première caractéristique un protège-nuque mobile et rabattable dont l'armature qui peut être efi matière plastique semi-rigide épouse la forme de 1/3 ι o de la calotte sur l'avant de la casquette, avec un axe fixe placé de chaque coté, à la base et au milieu de la calotte sert à faire pivoter le protège-nuque, de plus un évidement de 4cm environ, pratiqué sur la partie inférieure de rarmature permet de faire coulisser le protège-nuque d'avant à l'arrière et vice versa pour qu'en pivotant, celui-ci puisse passer sans difficulté au-dessus de la calotte.
15 Cette armature peut, au gré de chacun, être habillée de façon fantaisiste, comporter un logo publicitaire ou rester sobre.

Cette glissière pratiquée dans l'armature par un évidement d'environ 4cm permet, en tirant vers l'avant ou l'arrière, selon l'utilisation du protège-nuque, d'écarter celui-ci de la calotte afin de faciliter son passage au dessus.
AVANTAGES DE CE PROCEDE :
Selon la position adaptée, tout en ayant l'aspect de la casquette traditionnelle, i! permet a la tète une garantie totale des rayons solaires.
Trouve son utilisation dans tous les cas d'exposition prolongée au soleil (promenades, réunions sportives (tennis, stades) ou joueurs de golf, pétanque, etc.).

Claims

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1- Dispositif pour casquette qui permet une protection totale de la tête de l'utilisateur face à une exposition prolongée au soleil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un protège-nuque (5) qui pivote et coulisse d'avant en arrière et vice et versa, grâce à une glissière (^) qui permet, en tirant le protège-nuque vers l'avant, de le pas ser aisément au dessus de la calotte de la casquette, quelle que soit la forme de la calotte.
2- Dispositif selon la revendication I caractérisé en ce qu'il permet par son. axe fixe (3) de faire pivoter le protège-nuque et d'être facilementmobile et rabattable afin de le positionner des deux manières.
3- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications I et 2 caractérisé par deux boutons-pression, l'un à l'avant (I), l'autre à l'arrière (2), pour tenir fixe le protège-nuque dans ces deux positions. if- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications I à 3, caractérisé par l'adjonction sur l'avant de la casquette d'un em¬ placement (6) réservé à une possible publicité ou autre logo.
