- the invention can be used as an alternative or additional technique to colouring directional signs such as exit signs and the like, so that when coloured with 230 phosphorus powders will be illuminate in the dark, for example a power cut with conventional stencilling in decorating walls, furniture, ceramic tiles, in which case it may be necessary to protect the completed design with a coating of varnish Further, paint manufactures could supply pieces of foil transfer sheets to match their colouring range together with an appropriate adhesive for rapid touching up of damaged areas of paint work

Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de pelliculage et l'utilisation de poudres phosphorées, de sable et d'articles brillants pour produire des articles décoratifs. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'articles pourvus d'une pellicule de pigment coloré, de poudres phosphorées colorées, de sable coloré et d'articles brillants, ledit procédé consistant: i) à déposer une couche d'adhésif sur une région de la zone à colorer dudit article, située entre les deux lignes de découpe légère, imprimées de préférence en noir, la couche d'adhésif étant recouverte d'un papier anti-adhérent protecteur, ii) à retirer au moins une partie dudit papier anti-adhérent afin de laisser apparaître une zone d'adhésif; iii) à déposer des pellicules de pigment, des poudres phosphorées, du sable ou des articles brillants; iv) à appliquer des pellicules de transfert, des poudres phosphorées, du sable ou des articles brillants de façon qu'ils viennent en contact avec la zone d'adhésif à nu; v) à appliquer une pression sur la face inverse de la pellicule de transfert; vi) à retirer le film support de sorte que la pellicule de pigment continue à adhérer à la zone d'adhésif à nu des articles; vii) à s'assurer que les poudres phosphorées colorées ont adhéré à la zone d'adhésif à nu, viii) à s'assurer que le sable, les articles brillants ou une combinaison de deux ou plusieurs éléments ont adhéré aux zones d'adhésif à nu. L'invention se rapporte également à un kit permettant d'effectuer le pelliculage en vue de l'obtention desdits articles décoratifs.
