电化学癌肿治疗仪 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗仪器, 特别是一种利用直流电作为治疗手段, 使 病体组织发生生物化学反应, 从而破坏病体組织(如肿瘤) 的电化学癌肿 治疗仪.
背景技术
已有的电化学癌肿治疗仪一般是采用可调电压输出方式, 这种选择电 压为首要的受控治疗参数, 从电化学治癌机理上看是不太合适的. 同时, 在治疗中, 流过肿瘤组织各部分电流分配不均匀, 直接影响疗效, 甚至可 使某一部分的肿瘤加速增长.
本专利申请人曽于 1993年 12月 3日向中国专利局申请了一项名称为 "电化学癌肿治疗仪" , 申请号为 93120059.8的专利申请. 在上述的申请 中介绍了一种以治疗电流为主、 可予置治疗参数的电化学癌肿治疗仪, 其 主要特点是能够提供多路恒定的正极治疗电流, 并且为多路负极提供均匀 分配的电流. 在该申请中, 虽提供了作为治疗信号产生装置的恒流装置电 路原理图, 但未提供达到最佳治疗效果的参数. 因此有必要提供一种性能 突出的电化学癌肿治疗仪.
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种改进的电化学癌肿治疗仪, 该治疗仪治疗效果 好, 安全可靠.

本发明的最佳实施方式
图 1中, 3为计算机, 1、 2为与计算机配套的显示器、 键盘, 计算 机内插入一块总线转换电路板 4, 它传递计算机和治疗主机之间的信号, 它通过计算机总线和仪器总线 12连接于计算机和治疗主机之间.治疗主机 5包括: 由 D/A转换电路 6、 恒流输出电路 7构成的直流电流榆出单元, 该输出单元为多路, 可根据需要选用; 主机中还包括多路直流稳压单元 10, 它含有滤波器、 变压器、 直流稳压器, 可输出 36V以下安全电压, 安 全电压下的电流(毫安级)经仪器各部分电路调控, 转换为所需要的治疗 电流揄出; 图 1中, 9为负极的均流电路, 它与恒流输出电路 7构成治疗 单元(详见图 3 ) , 图 1中还包括电极针 8, 它采用耐腐蚀、 导电性能好 的金属材料做成, 最好是铂族金属, 被治疗对象串接在正、 负极之间, 主 机中还包括 A/D转换电路.
上述的总线转换电路包括: 地址锁存器, 写数据锁存器、 地址緩冲器、 数据写緩冲器, 读数据緩冲器, 数据读緩冲器, 还有控制信号发生器, 其 中, 控制信号发生器用于产生治疗单元所需的控制信号, 这些控制信号经 控制信号驱动器传递到治疗单元, 另外, 还有一控制信号发生器, 它是为 总线转换电路中緩冲器和销存器等提供片选信号.
上述 A/D转换电路包括: 输入与数据总线相连的通道选择控制器, 多 路转换开关, A/D转换芯片, 以及输出端接数据总线且输入端接 A/D转换 芯片的数字数据输出端的数据接收器, 多路转换开关的输出端接 A/D转换 芯片的输入端, 通道控制器用于选择多路转换开关的通道. 图 2中, 6为 D/A转换电路, 该电路包括数据緩冲器、 地址译码器、 D/A转换芯片、 运算放大器 13, 其中 D/A转换芯片和运算放大器为多个, 视输出组数多少而定. D/A转换芯片输出接运算放大器, 芯片的参考电压 VREF由稳压单元的稳压管直接提供, 运算放大器的型号为 μΑ741, 运算放 大器 13的榆出接另一运算放大器 14 (共用 μΑ741 ) , 运算放大器 14的输 出接驱动器( S8050 ) 15 , 其中三极管的集电极接 + 24V可调电压. 每路恒流输出电路的正极电流为 20mA - 100mA之间,低于 20mA治 疗效果不明显, 高于 100mA不利于病人治疗和安全.
为适应紧急情况,在本治疗仪的驱动器 15的三极管集电极上接 + 24V 可调电压, 用可调电位器, 电位器固定在治疗主机的前面板上. 出现紧急 状态时, 可将电位器调至零值, 使正极输出电流接近为零, 以确保患者的 安全.
图 3中, 由某一路正极输出的直流电流 la通入病灶后, 经均流电路中 的三极管1\ 电阻 R9、 接地, 其中三极管的基极和集电极之间接电阻 , 在基极和地之间串接二个二极管 D1 .

Vci«1.7V时, 该路负极均流电路工作在饱和状态, 在此状态, Vci增加较 大而 Iw增加很小, 于是流到该路负极增加的治疗电流会通过负极之间的癌 组织流向 Vci值较低的负极, 这样治疗电流在各路负极之间得到均匀分配. 恒流电路满足下列公式

根据实际应用, 该电路中 R3 = Rt = R5 = 10ΚΩ, R6 = 9.95ΚΩ, R7 = 50Ω , 满度值的揄出电流为 99.86mA . 改变 D的取值, 以便使恒流 输出控制在 20mA - 100mA之间, 在该电流值内, 本治疗仪即可获得很好 治疗效果.
本治疗仪的工作过程: 计算机由软件设置后, 通过总线转换单元将表 征治疗通道号、 治疗电流强度的治疗数据及相应控制命令送至仪器总线 上, 经治疗主机上的 D/A转换成模拟量, 再经恒流从对应路的正极输出. 输出端呈现的电压经 A/D、 转换总线转换和计算机总线回到计算机, 计算 机对这些数据进行处理、 显示, 其余各通道依次进行。 治疗过程中, 治疗 电流的大小由计算机自行调节、 控制, 一般情况下可以使治疗电流呈梯形 波状变动, 即从小緩慢上升到设定的电流值, 经保持一段时间后, 再緩慢 下降至零, 由计算机调节、 控制和管理治疗的全部过程.
作用机理: 通过电化学治疗仪, 给肿瘤或病体组织施以治疗电流, 肌 体组织产生一系列生物电解、 电离、 电渗透反应, 并由此产生更为复杂的 生物化学反应, 其结果是: ( 1 )肿瘤或其他病体组织, 正极区 PH值降 至 1 - 2, 呈强酸性, 负极区 PH值上升至 12 - 14呈强碱性, 病体细胞 赖以生存的酸、 碱平衡环境彻底破坏. ( 2 )病体组织细胞膜破溃, 线粒 体消失, 核蛋白凝固坏死. ( 3 )病体组织内剧烈的酸、 碱反应和细胞蛋 白质凝固坏死, 又造成病体组织内血液和体液微循环的停滞. ( 4 )在上 迷病体细胞赖以生存的基础条件遭到彻底破坏情况下, 肿瘤或其他病体组 织细胞死亡, 从而导致肿瘤或其他病体组织彻底破坏.
本发明优点: 本治疗仪采用直流电流为主要控制参数, 有利于治疗, 且电流值控制在 20mA - 100mA范围之内, 大大提高了治疗效果, 治疗仪 还设有紧急状态下的处理装置( 0 ~ + 24V的输出可调电压) , 使输出治 疗电流接近零, 治疗仪的安全性、 可靠性提高, 保证了人身安全. 采用铂 等金属材料作为电极, 也保证了仪器的可靠性, 并延长使用寿命.
