Abstract

Cet arbre moteur comporte un dispositif de serrage muni d'une tige de serrage (7) qui est mue par ressort et agit sur des éléments de serrage (6) pouvant s'engager dans un cône de corps creux de l'outil (2) correspondant. La position serrée correcte de l'outil (2) monté est déterminée au moyen de la position axiale de la tête (9) de la tige de serrage, à l'aide d'un système détecteur (11) qui produit un signal de lancement pour la mise en marche de l'arbre moteur. Ce système détecteur (11) comporte un émetteur (12) et un récepteur (13) d'un faisceau de mesure (14) dont la longueur peut être déterminée dans une unité d'évaluation. Ce faisceau de mesure, dirigé dans le sens de la course de la tête de la tige de serrage, ou bien approximativement dans cette direction, s'étend entre la tête de la tige de serrage (9) et un point de l'arbre moteur, fixe par rapport au bâti; sa longueur est comparée dans l'unité d'évaluation avec une valeur de longueur introduite ou préprogrammée, et si ces deux valeurs coïncident, le signal de lancement de la mise en marche est produit.
