Abstract

La présente invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, dont un élément (5), monté axialement mobile dans un alésage prévu dans le corps de soupape (1), présente, à son extrémité tournée vers la chambre de combustion du moteur, une surface d'étanchéité de la soupape avec lequel il coopère par une surface du siège conique de soupape à l'extrémité fermée de l'alésage située du côté de la chambre de combustion, la surface conique d'étanchéité de la surface sur l'élément de soupape (5) étant partagé en deux zones présentant des angles de cône différents, une bordure d'étanchéité de soupape (19) se formant sur la ligne de transition, avec au moins une ouverture d'injection (23) dans la zone de la surface du siège de soupape (9) qui est raccordée en aval à la bordure d'étanchéité (19). Pour gagner en précision lors de la fabrication du siège d'étanchéité, un épaulement (15) est prévu sur l'élément de soupape (5) entre les zones des surfaces d'étanchéité (11, 13) ayant chacune un angle de cône différent.
