Abstract

L'invention concerne un organe d'expulsion (1) destiné à faire avancer le bouchon (2) dans une ampoule d'injection (3) pour administrer un médicament (4) liquide. Le bouchon (2) ne dispose d'aucun orifice avec filetage intérieur destiné à recevoir une tige de traction. L'extrémité de l'organe d'expulsion (1) destinée à être appliquée sur le bouchon (2) est pourvue de moyens (5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13) permettant une liaison de force et/ou de forme, à l'exception d'une liaison filetée, avec le bouchon (2). Grâce à cette conception, on peut également utiliser sans difficulté, dans un appareil de perfusion, des ampoules préalablement remplies, dont le bouchon (2) est pourvu d'un orifice fileté destiné à recevoir une tige de traction.
