Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'enregistrement vidéo d'événements fortuits relatifs à des moyens de déplacement de toute nature, comprenant un nombre prédéterminé de détecteurs (3) agencés pour détecter des images dans lesquelles se situent un véhicule et les convertir en signaux de sortie électriques correspondants, lesquels sont convertis en signaux numériques et mémorisés dans un moyen de mémorisation (6). Un capteur (7) génère un signal de commande prédéterminé en cas d'anomalies soudaines de conduite et l'envoie à une unité de traitement (8) reliée fonctionnellement aux détecteurs et au moyen de mémorisation (6). L'unité de traitement (8) empêche ou valide sélectivement l'échange d'images avec le moyen de mémorisation selon que le capteur a envoyé ou non le signal de commande prédéterminé.
