Abstract

Electronic transactions are facilitated by populating a platform with objects corresponding to each necessary aspect of the transaction. Customer requirements, transactional channels and provider's products are characterized within corresponding objects. Relationships, both desired and actual, are characterized by notation. The notation facilitates interrelation of agreeable corresponding objects to facilitate a transaction. Transactions are monitored in real-time throughout the course of the transaction and propensities of the parties to the transaction are established and used to determine a future course of commercial conduct for the parties.
