  • Another advantage offered by the series of section bars thus obtained is the possibility of combining them on the construction site, which allows through the simple mutual fastening by means of rivets or self-drilling screws (as shown by way of example in Figure 5), to obtain a multiplicity of solid structures even in particularly complex shapes, with considerable speed and evident economic benefit.

Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une série de barres profilées, et au procédé de fabrication de ces barres, à des barres profilées d'usages multiples, déformables manuellement, fabriquées en tôle ou en tout autre matériau approprié, utilisables dans la réalisation de cadres structurels pour panneaux de placoplâtre, pour treillis en plâtre de cloison, pour panneaux ou plaques de n'importe quel type, et comme jonction entre des surfaces planes ou courbes et d'autres surfaces planes ou courbes. Ces barres présentent une ou plusieurs rangées de fentes et de trous d'affaiblissement (1) placés les uns après les autres dans le sens de la longueur parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de la bande, et au moins une succession d'entailles (2) formant des échelons avec des arêtes arrondies, situés sur au moins l'une des marges latérales de la bande. On façonne ces barres profilées en pliant la bande le long de ces rangées de fentes et de trous d'affaiblissement (1) selon des contours en L, en U ou en Z, à profil ouvert et pouvant être courbés selon des axes orthogonaux à l'axe longitudinal de la bande.
