Definitions
- the present invention relates to a displayed product advance unit that sequentially takes out products displayed from the rear to the front, starting from the earliest one. Specifically, for example, products with a fixed fixed outer structure, such as canned food, bottled food, paper packaging, box packaging, band binding, etc., are displayed in an aligned state, and can be taken out in order from the foremost product.
- the present invention relates to a unit for putting out products on display so that products on the rear side can be automatically packed in front.
- shelves for displaying and taking out commodities are formed of horizontal and flat shelves.
- the products are taken out sequentially from the frontmost product, but a space is formed on the front side by taking out the products.
- the display appearance of the products is impaired, and it is difficult to remove the products from the front.
- the rear products must be rearranged to the front in response to the removal of the products from the front. No.
- the rearrangement of the products has a problem that it takes a lot of time to arrange the arrangement of the products.
- Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-163600 has a problem that the structure is complicated and impractical.
- Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 644-141367 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 64-141367 the existing shelf boards must be installed without modification. There is a problem that can not be.
- Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-687853, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-113655, Japanese Utility Model Laid-open No. 4-9-1611 However, there is a problem that the product does not slide smoothly because of the high frictional resistance with the bottom of the product.
- the front unit includes a base member formed to be inclined downward toward the front, a plurality of rotating rollers provided in the front-rear direction of the base member, and a front-rear direction of the base member. It consists of a pair of side plates having a length almost all over, and the base member and the side plates are integrally fixed.
- the above-mentioned merchandise advancing unit is excellent in practicability such that the merchandise can be displayed in an aligned state, and the merchandise can be taken out in order from the foremost one and the merchandise on the rear side is automatically packed forward. Things.
- a pressing-in protrusion is provided on the bottom surface of the leading-out unit, and this is pressed into an engaging hole formed in the base member. Since the configuration was adopted, special processing was required, and at the same time, positioning of the entire protruding unit was required during press-fitting, which made the work cumbersome.
- the present invention has as its first technology to provide a display product advance unit that can easily assemble an advance unit formed by a rotary roller or the like and further improve usability. Subject.
- the present invention provides, as a solution to the first technical problem, a base member attached to a shelf plate or the like, a plurality of unit frames provided on the base member and arranged in the front-rear direction, And a front-out unit for feeding out the products displayed from the rear to the front, and the front-side unit is incorporated between the unit frames.
- the front unit can adopt a configuration in which a number of rotating rollers are arranged in the front-rear direction and rotatably mounted between a pair of roller support plates extended in the front-rear direction.
- the configuration of the display product advance unit enables the advance state using the rotation of the rotating rollers, simply by incorporating the advance unit in which a number of rotating rollers are rotatably assembled into the unit frame.
- the base member may be formed in a flat plate shape using a synthetic resin as a material, and a unit frame may be provided upright on the upper surface.
