Abstract

L'invention concerne un véhicule d'administration par voie orale comprenant une particule, laquelle présente un certain aspect et contient un composant actif sur le plan pharmacologique, ainsi que des excipients, ce véhicule étant formulé et/ou conçu pour effectuer un apport régulé dudit composant. La particule possède une dimension qui est d'environ un ordre de grandeur plus petit que les deux autres dimensions. Le véhicule peut présenter en outre un revêtement à pouvoir lubrifiant, afin d'améliorer la sensation dans la bouche, et il peut également présenter un revêtement destiné à doter la particule d'une propriété d'apport prolongé du médicament.
