Abstract

La présente invention concerne un sous-vêtement (8) pour enfant incontinent constitué d'une partie (14) sous-vêtement en contact avec le corps avec un support (32) auto-ajustable relié aux zones avant et arrière de la taille (21,22). Le support auto-ajustable (32) a, sur le devant et sur le derrière, des pans élastiques (34,36) entre lesquels prend place un pan de réception de rejet (37) destiné à recevoir une garniture absorbante (52). Lors de l'utilisation, le pan de réception de rejet (37) et la garniture (52) sont disposés en contact étroit avec les parties génitales externes (90,92) de l'enfant, absorbant et retenant ainsi l'urine d'une ou de plusieurs éliminations énurétiques, réduisant ainsi la possibilité de souillage, par l'urine de la partie sous-vêtement (14), d'habits, et/ou de literie. Il est possible, si on le souhaite, de dimensionner ou de positionner, à l'intérieur du sous-vêtement, les pans élastiques avant et arrière (34,36) de manière à placer le pan de réception de rejet (37) en position centrale dans la zone d'entrejambe (25) d'une culotte de fille (12) ou en avant dans la zone d'entrejambe (25) d'un slip de garçon (10).
