Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et procédés faisant intervenir notamment des systèmes de communications radio qui intègrent aux plates-formes d'ordinateurs hôtes des récepteurs et des émetteurs radio, l'ensemble faisant également intervenir un canal d'accès aux données qui fournit, dans l'espace mémoire d'un programme d'application, des données numériques représentant un signal modulé en bande de base. Ces systèmes peuvent ainsi employer la numérisation large bande d'un signal d'entrée tel qu'un signal HF pour envoyer des données numérisées dans l'espace mémoire d'une station de travail polyvalente, et permettre à un programme d'application s'exécutant au niveau de cette station de travail polyvalente de réaliser le traitement du signal numérique pour restituer l'information codée à l'intérieur du signal numérisé.
