Abstract

La présente invention concerne un milieu de culture cellulaire amélioré ainsi que des procédés et des kits destinés à stimuler la prolifération et la différentiation des cellules hépatiques par une croissance en présence de l'angiotensinogène, l'angiotensine I (AI), des analogues de AI, et/ou des fragments de AI et des analogues de ceux-ci, des analogues de l'angiotensine II (AII), des fragments de AII ou des analogues de ceux-ci, et/ou des agonistes du récepteur de AII du type 2 (AT2), seuls ou en association avec d'autres facteurs de croissance et de cytokines.
