  • the films or layers 2 and 2' are bonded (coupling ++) by repositionable (pressure - sensitive) adhesive 3 to form laminate LA.
  • Said adhesive 3 can be applied indifferently on film 2 or film 2' at full coverage (i.e. on the whole film surface) or according to longitudinal stripes so to show zones (with a widt or height of from 7 to 50 mm) covered by the adhesive and zones (width from 5 to 30 mm) without adhesive.
  • This last method allows the obtainement (after cutting the laminate LA) of strips or bands 6 only partially covered by adhesive which may simplify the package preparation and make easier the opening and reclosing operations of the package.
  • the laminate LA is cut in stripes width a with of from 7 to 40 preferably 10 to 25 mm, so to obtain reels of said stripes ready to be utilized on the packaging machines provided with the "ad hoc" device to insert the bands (of the type above described or of the type known as "zipper") during the final package formation.
  • the container body forming film i.e. primary walls 1-1' (which are outside the invention scope) can be mono-or multilayer, (two or more layers) formed of the materials currently utilized on the horizontal, vertical or other packaging machines with or without on-line filling, to manufacture envelopes, bags, pouches sachets etc.
  • the insertion of strips 6 having the composition and structure described in the above paragraphs I, II, III, IV and V. They are positioned in the predetermined zone and with precision in the point in which the welding bars 8-8' of adeguate form and size, (f.i.
  • the sealing upper line Is (and/or lower line li) be possibly coincident with the edges N-N' of the band 6 (fig. 4a) but preferably be under or above said edges and with a distance therefrom which depends on the used band type in relation both to its dimensions and its constitution (full coverage adhesive, or longitunal register adhesive with or without die-cutting etc).
  • fig. 4a is shown the case in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 is applied at full coverage, i.e. the edges are coincident with the upper and lower lines N, N ' of strip 6.
  • said pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 is applied at register with a band edge i.e. D' is coincident with the strip lower line N 1 but D is under N.
  • the adhesive 3 is at register at both the strip edges.
  • the band or strip 6 has an adhesive coating only on the zone 3 while the remaining portion (6 minus 3) has a zone P without adhesive.
  • the coated zone 3 extends from the extreme lower edge N' of the band 6 up to a height preferably of from 5 to 15 mm therefrom whereby N' is always coincident with the lower edge D' of the adhesive zone the upper edge D of which will always have a distance preferably of 15-5 mm from the band upper edge N.
  • the upper sealing bar 8' will carry out an additional weld 5' (fig. 1) extending substantially the center of the notch 9 of the package C.

  • the unwinding system of the band during its application in the packing phase can be considered conventional however can vary the mode of the insertion of the band which according to the packaging machine type can be pinched within the sealings 5 and 5o (fig. 1) as in the majority of cases, or can be pre-cut and inserted in the center of the container face, so to not interfere with the side seals.
  • the package C completed with the other seals and filled with the product to be packed or still empty to be sent to the filling phase, is considered finished and ready for its utilization.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système utile pour conditionner des doses multiples d'un produit dans un corps (C) de contenant constitué d'au moins une paroi antérieure (1) et d'une paroi postérieure (1'). Le système comprend, comme dispositif permettant des ouvertures et des fermetures répétées, une bande (6) comportant au moins: un film supérieur (2a) pouvant être thermoscellé contre la face interne de l'une (1) desdites parois; une couche intermédiaire (3) d'adhésif autocollant; et un film inférieur (2'a) pouvant être thermoscellé contre la face interne de l'autre paroi (1'), ce dernier film pouvant être découpé à la forme.
