Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif médical pouvant être implanté dans un endroit cible du corps d'un être vivant. Le dispositif comprend un rebord intérieur formé par l'expansion radiale du dispositif et un rebord extérieur formé par la compression axiale du dispositif. Le dispositif peut être un dispositif d'anastomose formé d'une seule partie, destiné à relier un greffon de vaisseau à un vaisseau cible sans avoir recours aux sutures classiques. Les rebords intérieur et extérieur se fixent à une ouverture dans un vaisseau cible et maintiennent en place le greffon de vaisseau sur l'ouverture du vaisseau cible. Le dispositif, en comparaison avec les méthodes de sutures courantes, permet d'augmenter considérablement la vitesse d'anastomose.
