Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif qui permet de transporter de très petites quantités de fluide et le procédé de fabrication associé. Le dispositif comporte un support renfermant un système de cavités microstructurées. Le but de l'invention est de satisfaire de très grandes exigences de précision pour ce qui est de la forme et de la section des microstructures, même dans le cas d'une production en grande quantité et à faible coût, ainsi que d'assurer de meilleures conditions pour les techniques optiques de mesure analytique. Pour fabriquer le support, qui présente jusque dans les cavités microstructurées la structure d'un corps monolithique, on dispose entre les éléments supports plans une couche de liaison à l'état dissous, dont la composition est similaire à celle des éléments supports et l'épaisseur sensiblement inférieure à la largeur et à la profondeur des cavités. Ce dispositif peut être utilisé principalement comme instrument analytique en médecine, en biotechnologie et en pharmacologie.
