This element is made of cardboard and is open at the top to allow the passage of flower stems. - the cover 4 is constituted by a cutout or a zone delimited by notches or recesses 13, and third fold lines 11, , said cutout or said zone being produced at the upper end of the sheet constituting said envelope and allowing to cover the upper opening of the upper funnel 3 2 of said envelope after folding.
