Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a method and a device for the automatic identification of an account and / or its holder by means of a dial-in or account transaction initiated by a caller at a bank computer via a telecommunication medium.
Account transactions, such as transfers, standing orders, securities trading (brokerage), deletion of standing orders, etc., are traditionally processed using paper forms. Recent developments are aimed at online banking via the Internet.
The object of the present invention is to enable the simplest, most secure, ergonomic, efficient initiation of account transactions as well as eCommerce or tele-commerce transactions. The object is solved by the subject matter of the independent claims.
The identification of an account by a telephone number of a caller that is at least partially identical to the account number enables a very reliable assignment of an account number to a caller and / or his identification, avoiding sources of error. Manipulation with high security is also excluded. The telecommunication medium can in particular comprise a mobile radio network. A telephone number is expediently transmitted automatically via CLIP (Calling Line Identification Presentation) when a caller calls a computer in an electronic bank (= virtual bank). The call can simultaneously trigger a message (for example from the bank) to a seller of a product, who can then, for example, send the product to the caller (physical or non-physical); in this case, data relating to the seller and / or the product is expediently transmitted with the call in order to be able to determine the seller account and / or data relating to the product. The billing can be done in particular via a telephone bill. It can also be automatically sent to a customer for this account (by post, email, internet; cyclically or on request). In particular, this can take place directly between the named bank and the customer without the interposition of another bank. This also avoids administrative effort and the possibility of errors.
You can dial in for an account balance query, for example.
Dabei zeigtFurther features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. It shows

Dabei wird automatisch per CLIP seine Telefonnummer übertragen, welche aufgrund einer zumindest teilweisenFIG. 1 shows a caller 1 who communicates with an electronic bank 5 via a mobile radio terminal (cell phone) 2, a mobile radio telecommunications network 3 and a virtual marketplace 4.
