Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation de casiers, permettant de déposer des marchandises dans au moins un casier qui comprend au moins une porte ou un volet verrouillable et qui se trouve dans une installation de casiers comprenant un système de fermeture électronique, assisté par ordinateur, qui permet de commander le verrou de la porte ou du volet du casier, au moyen d'un système de clé électronique, notamment au moyen de supports d'entrée numériques ou alphanumériques, d'une carte à puce, d'une carte magnétique, d'un code à barres, d'une puce de transpondeur, de capteurs biométriques ou d'un radiotéléphone. Selon ce procédé, la porte d'un casier peut être ouverte par un préposé ou un destinataire, à qui l'accès est autorisé, au moyen d'un système de clé électronique personnel respectif, afin de pouvoir charger le casier ou retirer du casier une marchandise déposée. Au moins les données d'identification du préposé sont transmises à un ordinateur administratif, par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication.
